Camden County Prosecutor Mary Eva Colalillo and Clementon Police Chief Randall Freiling reported a car crash Wednesday evening around 4:24 p.m. left one women dead and several injured.

Ashli DeJesus, 26, of Clementon was killed when a Hyundai Elantra and a Chevrolet S10 collided at the intersection of the White Horse Pike and Brand Avenue in Clementon. Several other people in both vehicles were taken to area hospitals. Additional information on their condition is not available.

Investigators from the Clementon Police Department and the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office are reviewing evidence to determine the cause of the accident.
