The Camden County Prosecutor’s Office and Brooklawn Police Department reported a bank robber was captured Tuesday in connection with an armed robbery at a bank.
The suspect, Charles Patrick Lynch, 45, of Barrington, is accused of robbing the Well-Fargo Bank located at 700 Crescent Boulevard (Route 130) in Brooklawn at approximately 11:30 a.m. on Monday (5/23/16).
The suspect, who was armed with a handgun, entered the bank and demanded money from a teller. He received an undisclosed amount of cash and fled on foot. No one was injured.
Lynch is charged with first-degree armed robbery.
He was remanded to the Camden County Jail.
All persons charged with crimes are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
