On January 21, 2020, Special State Investigator/Acting Camden County Detective Anthony Roccia was promoted to the rank of Sergeant. Sergeant Roccia began his law enforcement career in 2005, as a Special Agent in the Division of Taxation for the State of New Jersey. Later, in 2007, Sergeant Roccia was hired by the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office (CCPO) and was assigned to the Grand Jury Unit. In his 13 years as a detective with the CCPO, Sergeant Roccia has worked in some of the most demanding units including, the Narcotics Unit, the Homicide Unit, the Domestic Violence Unit, the Special Victims Unit and the Major Crimes Unit. He worked tirelessly in each unit, making him an integral member of the CCPO.

Sergeant Roccia will now be assigned to the Special Victims Unit. Congratulations to Sergeant Anthony Roccia. Thank you for all your hard work and dedication to the people of Camden County.
