Camden County Prosecutor Mary Eva Colalillo and Winslow Police Chief Robert Stimelski are seeking information on a shooting outside a Halloween costume party in Winslow early Saturday.

The victim was taken to Cooper University Hospital for treatment. He was reported to be in critical but stable condition.

The shooter is described as a black man in his early 20s. A second suspect matching the same description also is being sought.
