The Camden County Prosecutor’s Office and Camden County Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying three persons of interest wanted for questioning in a Camden homicide.

Two Camden County Police Department officers in a marked patrol vehicle parked on the 300 block of Broadway in Camden heard several gunshots coming from the area of Broadway and Benson Street at approximately 8:29 p.m. on Tuesday.

The officers exited their vehicle and saw the victim, Saadiq Coleman, 19, of Camden, running toward them.  The victim collapsed just before reaching the officers’ vehicle.

Coleman had been shot multiple times and was transported to Cooper University Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 11:07 p.m.

Surveillance video cameras captured three persons of interest in the area of the homicide.
