Camden County Prosecutor Mary Eva Colalillo and Winslow Police Chief Robert Stimelski reported a pedestrian was struck and killed by a vehicle Monday in Winslow.

Police responded around 5:20 p.m. to the parking lot of the Wendy’s restaurant on Cross-Keys Road and found Ira Redhorn Jr., M/58, of Pine Hill, had been hit by a vehicle driven by Jeannie Blackshear, F/28, of Sicklerville.

Redhorn was taken to Kennedy University Hospital in Washington Township and was pronounced dead at 6:15 p.m.

Blackshear stopped and remained at the scene.

No charges have been filed at this time and the incident remains under investigation.
