Camden N.J. – On August 30, 2021, Megan Hill and Patrick Collins were sworn in as Special State Investigators/Acting Camden County Detectives for the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office.
Detective Hill comes from the Camden County Police Department where she served as a Police Officer for two years beginning in 2017, then as a Detective for two years. Hill began her Law Enforcement career here at the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office as a Clerical Intern in 2016. She received certification through the Camden County Police Academy after earning a B.S. degree in Criminal Justice from Stockton University.
Detective Collins comes from the Woolrich Township Police Department where he served as a Patrol Officer beginning in 2019. Prior to that he was a Patrol Officer with the South Harrison Township Police Department for one year. His Law enforcement Career began in 2015 as a special Enforcement Officer with the Ocean City Police Department. He graduated summa cum laude with a B.A degree and M.A. degree in Criminal Justice from DeSales University.
