WHAT:  Byaer Johnson, 28, of Sicklerville, will be sentenced on a first-degree attempted murder charge and other offenses for shooting his daughter in 2013.  The girl, who was 11 at the time, sustained life-threatening injuries, but survived.  During the trial, the victim appeared in court to testify and identified her father as the shooter.  The victim and her family plan to attend Johnson’s sentencing and address the court.

WHEN:  1:30 p.m. Thursday, July 30, 2015.

WHERE: The Superior Court of Camden County. The sentencing will be held before Superior Court Judge John T. Kelley in courtroom 42 (fourth floor).  The courthouse is located at 101 S. 5th Street in Camden.  Please note that photo/video request forms are handled by court administration (sixth floor), not the prosecutor’s office.
