Howard Rambo, 39, of Pennsville, New Jersey was charged with Robbery in connection to a string of robberies that occurred during the month of October.

An investigation by the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office Major Crime’s Unit as well as the Bellmawr Police Department, Haddon Township Police Department and West Deptford Police Department identified Howard Rambo as the individual responsible for a string of robberies across Camden County and Gloucester County.

In Camden County, he is accused of robbing a TD Bank in Bellmawr, which occurred on October 29, as well two armed robberies, one that occurred at a Gulf Gas Station on October 14, 2017 in Haddon Township, and the other at a Bellmawr 7-11 on October 22, 2017.

Rambo was charged today with three counts of first degree Robbery, second degree Possession of a Weapon for Unlawful Purpose as well as second degree Unlawful Possession of a Weapon, one count for each of the three separate robberies according to Camden County Prosecutor Mary Eva Colalillo.

Rambo was arrested in West Deptford early this morning without incident and was remanded to the Salem County Correctional Facility for charges of out of West Deptford, New Jersey, pending a pretrial detention hearing. Under the recent Criminal Justice Reform rules, the court may order he be detained or released with conditions.

All persons charged with crimes are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
