Camden County Prosecutor Warren W. Faulk reported a man charged with killing his neighbor in Voorhees has been indicted.

A Grand Jury indicted David Giordano, M/62, of the 3000 block of Sherry Court in Voorhees, on counts of 1st degree Murder and Possession of a Weapon for an Unlawful Purpose. The indictment was presented to the Grand Jury on March 6 and made public Wednesday.

Giordano is accused of killing Michael Taylor, M/52, of Voorhees. It is alleged Taylor was stabbed on June 5 during a dispute with Giordano, who lived above him on the 3000 block of Sherry Court in Voorhees. It is alleged Giordano dumped water onto pet birds Taylor kept on his porch because the birds were chirping too loudly. When Taylor confronted Giordano, he stabbed Taylor multiple times.

All persons charged with criminal offenses are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law.
