Camden County Prosecutor Warren Faulk and Gloucester Township Police Chief Harry Earle reported an arrest Thursday of a man who attempted to rob a bank this week.
Tips from members of the public who recognized the suspect from photos released from law enforcement led to a charge of 2nd degree Robbery filed against Logan Hawkins, M/33, of Pine Hill.
Hawkins is accused of passing a note demanding cash to a teller on February 19 at the PNC Bank on the 900 block of the Black Horse Pike. He left without receiving any money.
Hawkins is being held at the Camden County Jail in lieu of $100,000 bail.
All persons charged with criminal offenses are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law.
