Camden County Prosecutor Warren W. Faulk and Gloucester Township Police Chief Harry Earle are seeking the public’s help identifying an armed bank robber who struck a PNC Bank Friday.
The man entered the PNC Bank on the 900 block of the Black Horse Pike about 2:14 p.m. and asked the teller where the deposit slips were.
He appeared to be filling out a deposit slip, but when he returned to the teller’s counter he handed the person working there and handed her a note demanding cash. He also displayed a black handgun. The teller ran from the bank with an undisclosed amount of cash.
The man wore a tan trench coat, tan hat and clear round glasses. He is estimated to have stood about 6 feet, 1 inch and weighed 220 pounds. Pictures are included.
