Camden County Prosecutor Mary Eva Colalillo and Gloucester Township Police Chief Harry Earle announced a Gloucester Township man has been arrested and charged with distribution and possession of child pornography.

Jonathan Conover, 33, is charged with 2rd degree distribution and 3nd degree possession of child pornography and is facing additional charges by the Gloucester Township Police Department for possession of Controlled Dangerous Substances (CDS).

Conover was taken into custody on September 23, 2016, at approximately 5:30 a.m. after the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office High Tech Crimes Unit executed a search warrant at his home on the 600 block of the Black Horse Pike in the Glendora section of Gloucester Township. Assisting with the arrest were the Gloucester Township Police Department, Homeland Security, and the Gloucester Township SRT.

A search of the residence produced numerous digital media devices and various types of CDS. An onsite forensic preview of the devices confirmed the presence of child pornography.

Conover was remanded to the Camden County Jail on $100,000 full-cash bail.

All persons charged with crimes are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Released Tuesday, September 27, 2016.
