The Camden County Prosecutor’s Office and the Woodlyne Borough Police Department are seeking two men who committed an armed robbery in Woodlynne Thursday night.
Woodlynne Police responded to a 9-1-1 call to in response to an armed robbery and a man who had been shot on January 11, 2018. The victim, a 52-year-old Camden resident, was taken to a local hospital and is expected to recover.
The two suspects, pictured below, approached the gas station attendant in the parking lot of the Citgo gas station located at 2100 Mount Ephraim Avenue around 9:30 p.m. They demand money and pointed a handgun at the gas station attendant and then shot him in the leg. The males then physically assaulted the victim. They fled on foot with an undisclosed amount money from the gas station attendant.
The robbers are described as black males with slim builds both wearing black ski masks. One was seen wearing all black while the second suspect was wearing all black with a white zero (0) on the back of the hooded sweatshirt.
