Thanks to tips from the community, Terrill Chandler and Victoria Harris were apprehended and taken into custody by the United States Marshals Service Fugitive Taskforce yesterday, April 20, 2018. Chandler and his girlfriend were arrested in the area of Broad and Erie Streets in Philadelphia.

Terrill Chandler and Victoria Harris are currently being held in Philadelphia correctional facility and are awaiting extradition to Camden County Correctional Facility pending a pretrial detention hearing. Under recent Criminal Justice Reform rules, the court may order they be detained or released with conditions.

All persons charged with criminal offenses are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law.

The Camden County Prosecutor’s Office, Lindenwold Police Department and the United States Marshals Service are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a Lindenwold man who has been charged in a fatal shooting that occurred in Lindenwold.

Lindenwold Police found the victim, Dominique Vivett, 25, suffering from a gunshot wound in the Arborwood Apartment Complex on April 3, 2018 at approximately 4:06 p.m. Dominique Vivett was pronounced deceased a short time later.

Terrill Chandler, 28, pictured below, was charged with first degree Murder on April 6, 2018.

Authorities believe he may be traveling with his girlfriend, Victoria Harris, 26, also pictured below, and that they may be in the Trenton area. Victoria Harris is also wanted by the Camden County Superior Court on an outstanding warrant.

Members of the public should not approach Terrill Chandler; he should be considered armed and dangerous.
