The Camden County Prosecutor’s Office and the Camden County Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying two men who may have information pertaining to a fatal shooting in Camden.

The victim, Walter Davis, was found lying on the ground after Camden County Police responded at approximately 11:18 p.m. on Wednesday (6/29/2016) to the 300 block of Sycamore Street in Camden in reference to a 911 call.

Davis, a 48-year-old Camden resident, was transported to Cooper University Hospital where he was pronounced deceased at approximately 11:28 p.m.

Surveillance video footage shows a black male wearing a white shirt and dark pants walking with a black male wearing a white tank top shirt and dark pants.

Detectives would like to speak with these men. Members of the public should not approach these men (photos are below), but should call police if they have information pertaining to their identity or whereabouts.
