Camden, N.J. – Detectives are searching for a man who was last seen at his Pennsauken home on Sunday afternoon, according to Acting Camden County Prosecutor Jill S. Mayer and Pennsauken Police Chief John Nettleton.

Cesar Leal, 52, of Pennsauken, was last seen around 11 a.m. on Sept. 13 inside his home on the 2200 block of 45th Street. Family members told police Leal is developmentally disabled and are concerned for his safety.

Leal was last seen wearing a blue short-sleeved t-shirt, black basketball shorts with a blue stripe, and brown flip flops with black ankle socks. He stands 5 feet 1 inch tall and weighs approximately 160 lbs. with hazel eyes and black hair.

Police said Leal is known to walk to parks in the Pennsauken and Merchantville areas.
