Camden, N.J. — Detectives are investigating the possible presence of a hazardous substance at a Camden County High School, according to Acting Prosecutor Jill S. Mayer and Haddon Township Police Chief Mark Cavallo.

On Jan. 8, the Haddon Township Police Department responded to the Haddon Township High School in response to a report of the potential presence of a hazardous substance.  The Camden County Prosecutor’s Office and the Camden County HAZMAT Team also responded.

There appears to be no danger to the public as a result and all agencies have since departed from school grounds.
