Magnolia, N.J. – Detectives are continuing their investigation into a fatal crash involving a fire truck in Magnolia, announced Camden County Prosecutor Grace C. MacAulay and Magnolia Police Chief Scott Paris.

At approximately 9:54 a.m. on 1/19/2022, a Lawnside fire truck responding to a cardiac arrest call in Magnolia collided with a vehicle at the intersection of White Horse Pike and Warwick Road.

Two people inside the vehicle have been pronounced deceased. They have been identified as John Bishop, 68, of Pine Hill and Marie Endicott, 75, of Pine Hill.

Three firefighters who were inside the fire truck at the time of the crash sustained minor injuries.

The investigation into the circumstances surrounding this crash is ongoing.
