Camden, N.J.– Welcome to the team! The Camden County Prosecutor’s Office has hired a new detective who was sworn-in to his position on Monday, August 1, 2022, announced Camden County Prosecutor Grace C. MacAulay.

Detective Carlos Medina was sworn-in by Camden County Prosecutor Grace C. MacAulay, before his family, CCPO First Assistant Prosecutor Timothy Chatten, Chief of Detectives Robert Ferris, Deputy Chief of Detectives Terry King and Chief of Staff Michael Mangold. Detective Medina is assigned to the Grand Jury Unit.

Detective Medina has previously served as a police officer at the Camden County Police Department. Since 2019, Detective Medina has served in the U.S. Army NJ National Guard. He is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice and Sociology at Rutgers University.
