Camden, N.J. – A new detective has been hired by the Camden County Prosecutors Office, announced Acting Camden County Prosecutor Grace C. MacAulay.

Grace Bohn has been sworn in and has been assigned to the CCPO’s Grand Jury Unit.

Bohn comes to the CCPO from the Camden County Police Department where she has been serving as a detective since August 2019. Prior to that, she served as a Special Law Enforcement Officer then as an Officer with the CCPD beginning in June 2013.

Bohn’s law enforcement career began in May 2009 as a Special Law Enforcement Officer with the Beach Haven Police Department.

Bohn has received police training at both the Camden County Police Academy and the Ocean County Police Academy. She has participated in close to a dozen training seminars during her law enforcement career, including crisis intervention, procedural justice and officer resiliency.

“Grace has been serving the citizens of Camden County for more than eight years,” said MacAulay. “During that time, she has demonstrated a clear passion and commitment to protecting our community. We proudly welcome Grace to our team knowing that her dedication to protect and serve our county will be on full display every day as a CCPO detective.”

The CCPO now staffs 108 detectives with Bohn’s hire.
