Camden County Prosecutor Warren W. Faulk and Camden County Police Chief Scott Thomson reported four people were injured in three shooting incidents from Friday to Saturday.

The first incident was reported about 9 p.m. Friday at 10th and Morton streets. Two Camden men, one 22 years old and the other 31 years old, were found shot in a 2013 Nissan Altima, which had several bullet holes in it. Both men were taken to Cooper Hospital where they were reported in critical but stable condition.

The second shooting was reported less than three hours later, at 9:42 p.m., on the 1200 block of Lakeshore Drive. A 55-year-old Camden man was shot as he and his wife got out of their car. The victim was robbed in the shooting. Shortly after the shooting a 19-year-old Camden man, Curtis Miller, was arrested by a Camden County Police Officer on the 1200 block of MacArthur Drive. The officer saw Miller tossing a .357 Magnum Strum Ruger and charged the man with weapons offenses. Miller has not been charged with the Lakeshore Drive shooting at this time, but an investigation into his possible involvement is ongoing.

Another shooting was reported about 11 p.m. Saturday when police were called to Cooper Hospital for 30-year-old man with gunshot wounds. He appears to have been shot at 8th and Line streets as he was being dropped off there by a relative. Despite being shot the victim was able to get back into the relatives car and was driven to the hospital.

All four victims are at Cooper in stable condition.
