Camden County Prosecutor Mary Eva Colalillo announced a Camden man was arrested and charged Thursday, December 29, 2016, with possession and distribution of child pornography.
James Moses, 22, is charged with one count of third-degree Possession of Child Pornography and one count of second-degree Distribution of Child Pornography.
Moses was taken into custody on Thursday, December 29, 2016, at approximately 5:30 a.m. after the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office High Tech Crimes Unit executed a search warrant at his home on the 700 block of the Ramona Gonzalez Street in Camden. Assisting with the search warrant and arrest were the Camden County Sheriff’s Emergency Response Team and Homeland Security.
The investigation will continue as Moses was found to be in possession of several digital media devices which were confiscated for further examination.
The Department of Child Protection and Permanency was notified that a child is living in the residence and that charges were filed against Moses. Moses was remanded to the Camden County Jail on $100,000 full-cash bail.
All persons charged with crimes are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
