It is alleged Gilbert punched Muse in the face about 10 p.m. on July 24 in the area of Mount Ephraim Avenue and Sheridan Street in Camden. Muse fell and hit her head, sustaining injuries that led her to seek treatment at Cooper Hospital in Camden the next day. Her head injury led to her death on July 27.
