Camden County Prosecutor Warren W. Faulk and Camden Police Chief Scott Thomson reported an arrest in a January homicide in Camden.
Alexander Santiago, M/29, of the 400 block of Erie Street in Camden, was arrested January 14 and charged with Felony Murder in connection with the stabbing death of William Ahing. Ahing, a 46- year-old Camden man, was stabbed multiple times about 2:30 p.m. on the 500 block of State Street in Camden on January 13. An investigation revealed Santiago was attempting to rob Ahing when he attacked him.
Santiago is being held at the Camden County Jail on $800,000 bail.
All persons charged with criminal offenses are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law.
